Ingredients

- 2 large naan or flatbreads
- 3/4 cup garlic hummus
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan or flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic hummus evenly over each flatbread.
- Layer the sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, and red onion on top of the hummus.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the edges of the flatbreads are crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For additional flavor, try adding feta cheese or a sprinkle of herbs like oregano or basil.
