Description

A delicious flatbread pizza topped with creamy garlic hummus and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 large naan or flatbreads
  • 3/4 cup garlic hummus
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the naan or flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the garlic hummus evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Layer the sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, and red onion on top of the hummus.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the edges of the flatbreads are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For additional flavor, try adding feta cheese or a sprinkle of herbs like oregano or basil.
