- 1 large sourdough bread loaf
- 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
- Cut a circular top off the sourdough bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
- Brush the inside of the bread with the garlic herb mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the Brie cheese and cranberry sauce inside the bread.
- Cover with the top of the bread and wrap in foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the top.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm as an appetizer or snack. Best paired with a side salad or cheese platter.
