Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked herbed rice (parsley, garlic, butter)
  • 1/2 cup fresh green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon wedge for serving

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté in butter until golden and juicy.
  2. Stir chopped parsley and garlic into warm rice with a dab of butter.
  3. Lightly steam or sauté green beans until tender-crisp.
  4. Layer herbed rice, garlicky shrimp, and green beans on a plate.
  5. Add a squeeze of lemon juice or a dash of chili flakes for extra flavor.

Notes

For added flavor, use fresh herbs in your rice. Avoid overcooking shrimp; they should be firm and opaque when done.
