Description
A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread that combines feta cheese and cherry tomatoes on a crispy pita base, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

- 2 whole wheat pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush each pita bread with olive oil on one side.
- Rub the halved garlic clove over the oiled sides of the pita.
- Spread the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the pitas.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Place the pitas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until warm and crispy.
