Description
A quick and healthy garlic chicken stir-fry served over rice and broccoli, packed with protein and colorful vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups steamed white rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium. Toss in garlic, onions, and carrots first. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
- Add the red and green bell peppers and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add sliced chicken, black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir often and cook for 6-8 minutes until tender and golden.
- Drizzle in the oyster sauce (if using) and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice and broccoli.
Notes
Slice chicken and veggies thin for faster cooking. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
