- 1 1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 12 oz fettuccine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add 5 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cups parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in the cooked pasta and coat well.
- Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a hot skillet. Sear the steak in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and melt 2 tbsp butter. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds. Return the steak bites to the pan and toss in garlic butter. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp parsley.
- Plate the creamy Alfredo pasta and top or serve with the juicy garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with additional parsley and parmesan if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add vegetables like broccoli or spinach to the Alfredo pasta. Adjust garlic and seasoning to match your taste preference.
