- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 cups steamed cauliflower (or boiled potatoes)
- 1/4 cup milk
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink and slightly crisp.
- In the same pan, add chopped bell peppers and Italian seasoning. Sauté until peppers are tender-crisp.
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Roast in an oven at 425°F for about 15–18 minutes until bright green and slightly crispy.
- Blend steamed cauliflower (or boiled potatoes) with butter, milk, and seasoning until smooth and creamy.
- Plate the garlic butter shrimp, sautéed peppers, and roasted broccoli alongside the creamy mash. Sprinkle with chili flakes and chopped parsley.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor, and feel free to mix vegetables. Adjust the spice levels to your liking!
