Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough or your favorite bread
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or melting cheese
- Pinch of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the cooked shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Take one slice of bread and layer it with cheese.
- Add the shrimp mixture on top, then sprinkle more cheese over the shrimp.
- Place the second slice of bread on top.
- Grill the sandwich in a buttered pan over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted on both sides.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
