  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, kneading until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet.
  7. In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the flatbread.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
