  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, scraping the skillet to release any browned bits. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, cooking for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Return cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing until well coated with sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
