A delightful dish combining tender chicken with creamy, cheesy pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through (about 6–8 mins). Add butter and garlic, stirring to coat. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in parmesan until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Plate and top with garlic butter chicken bites.
  5. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan if desired.

Notes

You can customize this recipe by adding vegetables like spinach or switching the chicken for shrimp.
