Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through (about 6–8 mins). Add butter and garlic, stirring to coat. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in parmesan until smooth.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Plate and top with garlic butter chicken bites.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan if desired.
Notes
You can customize this recipe by adding vegetables like spinach or switching the chicken for shrimp.
