Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt remaining butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
- Toss in cooked pasta and chicken bites. Stir until well coated in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add vegetables like spinach or broccoli. Make sure not to overcook the chicken for tender and juicy bites.
