- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the fat, then stir in the chopped bacon. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on a baking sheet.
- Spoon a portion of the beef and bacon mixture onto each dough triangle, then add some shredded cheddar. Roll them up into tight little bundles.
- Brush each rollup with the garlic butter to ensure they bake with a golden, buttery finish.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Top with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
These rollups are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
