Description

Delicious cheeseburger flavors wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the fat, then stir in the chopped bacon. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon a portion of the beef and bacon mixture onto each dough triangle, then add some shredded cheddar. Roll them up into tight little bundles.
  4. Brush each rollup with the garlic butter to ensure they bake with a golden, buttery finish.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Top with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

These rollups are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
