A tasty and fun dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger into a delicious, easy-to-eat roll.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 3 tbsp melted garlic butter (butter mixed with 2 cloves of minced garlic and a pinch of parsley)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Drain the excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Roll out the crescent dough or pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other to form a log.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a greased baking sheet or in a muffin tin.
- Generously brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
