Description

A delightful dish combining the rich flavors of beef, garlic, and creamy cheese sauce with perfectly cooked linguine. Perfect for family dinners or cozy evenings at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the linguine in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and stir, scraping up any browned bits. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch more salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked beef back to the skillet, followed by the drained linguine. Toss until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce and everything is well mixed. Let it simmer on low for 2–3 minutes to bring all the flavors together.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot with extra Parmesan on top if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the dish cool completely, then transfer it to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of cream or broth to revive the sauce.
