- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and pour it into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped maraschino cherries.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To make the hot fudge topping, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat, add the semisweet chocolate chips and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the hot fudge over the chilled cheesecake, allowing it to drip down the sides.
- Garnish with whipped cream, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips, and chocolate shavings.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Let the brownie layer cool completely before adding the cheesecake layer. For variations, add fruits or switch up the toppings.
