- 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of mixed berries (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased cake pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the whipped cream until stiff, then fold in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add the chocolate chips and mixed berries if using, and gently mix.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture evenly over the crust.
- Freeze the cake for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Press the graham cracker crust firmly to hold its shape. Store leftover cake in the freezer, wrapped well for up to two weeks.
