A delicious and refreshing no-bake dessert combining vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to create the crust.
- Fold together the softened vanilla ice cream and whipped cream in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour half of the ice cream mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer.
- Add the remaining ice cream mixture on top and smooth out.
- If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup over the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
- To serve, cut into squares and enjoy your Frozen Delight Cake!
Notes
Make sure to soften the ice cream before mixing for a smoother texture. Customize with your favorite toppings.
