Description

A delicious and refreshing no-bake dessert combining vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to create the crust.
  2. Fold together the softened vanilla ice cream and whipped cream in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the ice cream mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer.
  4. Add the remaining ice cream mixture on top and smooth out.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup over the top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
  7. To serve, cut into squares and enjoy your Frozen Delight Cake!

Notes

Make sure to soften the ice cream before mixing for a smoother texture. Customize with your favorite toppings.
