- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell pepper

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery, bell pepper, and cooked macaroni.
- Season the macaroni salad with salt and pepper.
- Serve fried chicken alongside macaroni salad.
Notes
