Description
A hearty stir-fry dish combining fresh cabbage with shrimp, sausage, and crispy bacon.
Ingredients

- 1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 6 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook sausage slices until browned. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove both and set aside.
- Add onions and cabbage to the skillet. Season with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Return shrimp, sausage, and bacon to the pan. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Garnish with fresh chives or parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using different types of sausage or adding other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
