Instructions
- If using cream cheese, allow it to reach room temperature. If using coconut cream, ensure it is thick and creamy.
- Remove stems from strawberries and mash or blend until they form a smooth purée.
- In a blender or with a hand mixer, combine the puréed strawberries with the cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt, powdered sugar, and optional vanilla bean paste. Blend until completely smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the mousse to thicken.
