Description

A rich and soft fluffy chocolate cake perfect for any occasion, easy to make and delightful to taste.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 100 g of dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 200 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Melted chocolate to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix well.
  5. Add vanilla, cocoa, and baking powder, mixing gently.
  6. Gradually add sifted flour and milk, mixing until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Once cooled, cut the cake in half and add melted chocolate to the center.
  9. Decorate with whipped cream and additional melted chocolate, and top with sprinkles, nuts, or fruit.
  10. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing and do not overmix the batter to keep the cake fluffy.
