- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon butter extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for glaze)
- 1/4 cup water (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

- 1 teaspoon lemon extract (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon butter extract (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or tube pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
- Stir in the vanilla, almond, lemon, butter, and coconut extracts until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake bakes, prepare the glaze by combining sugar, water, and all extracts in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
- When the cake is done, allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Turn it out onto a wire rack and brush the glaze over the warm cake.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature for the best results. Do not overmix your batter.
