- 250 ml hot water
- 100 g soft butter for filling
- 100 g dulce de leche
- 100 g melted chocolate
- 100 g whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- Bitter cocoa for sprinkling
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler, ensuring the water does not touch the container.
- In a bowl, mix in sugar, eggs (one at a time), flour, and cocoa; mix gradually.
- Add hot water and incorporate well.
- Pour into greased mold dusted with bitter cocoa and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Check doneness; if the mold shakes gently, the cake is done. Let cool and unmold.
- For the filling, mix all filling ingredients gently until a cream forms.
- Cut the cake into layers and fill with cream.
- Cover the surface with the same cream or sprinkle with bitter cocoa. Decorate as desired.
