  • 100 g dulce de leche
  • 100 g melted chocolate
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • Bitter cocoa for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler, ensuring the water does not touch the container.
  2. In a bowl, mix in sugar, eggs (one at a time), flour, and cocoa; mix gradually.
  3. Add hot water and incorporate well.
  4. Pour into greased mold dusted with bitter cocoa and bake for about 30 minutes.
  5. Check doneness; if the mold shakes gently, the cake is done. Let cool and unmold.
  6. For the filling, mix all filling ingredients gently until a cream forms.
  7. Cut the cake into layers and fill with cream.
  8. Cover the surface with the same cream or sprinkle with bitter cocoa. Decorate as desired.
