- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash with minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Season both sides of the filet mignon with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.
- Sauté the garden carrots in the same skillet until tender and vibrant in color.
- To serve, plate the filet mignon, add a scoop of garlic mashed potatoes topped with gravy, and arrange sautéed carrots on the side.
Notes
