Description

Ingredients

  • 810 mini sweet peppers (or 4 small bell peppers), halved and deseeded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the halved peppers with the feta mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is warm.
  6. Serve warm.
