Description

Healthy and delicious baked egg cups filled with feta cheese and spinach, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg cups are set and golden on top.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
