Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg cups are set and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

These egg cups can be served warm or at room temperature. Great for meal prep or quick snacks.
