- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- Grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
- Pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set and lightly golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
