- 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease two cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, then mix well.
- Carefully stir in the boiling water to create a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool completely.
- Once cooled, spread a layer of whipped cream between the cake layers and on top of the cake.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides.
- Decorate with crushed Oreos, colorful macarons, and sprinkles.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

Use high-quality cocoa powder for a richer flavor. Ensure cakes are cooled completely before frosting.
