  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 cup macarons (various colors)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease two cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, then mix well.
  4. Carefully stir in the boiling water to create a smooth batter.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, spread a layer of whipped cream between the cake layers and on top of the cake.
  8. Pour the chocolate ganache over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides.
  9. Decorate with crushed Oreos, colorful macarons, and sprinkles.
  10. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
