Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Toss with chopped cilantro and diced avocado.
- Serve in lettuce cups or wraps.
Notes
Make sure to buy fresh shrimp for best flavor. Adjust lime juice to taste, and consider adding extra veggies for added crunch.
