Description

A stunning cake shaped like a high heel, combining light sponge layers, whipped cream, and vibrant fresh fruits, perfect for any fashion lover or special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Kiwi
  • Mango
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Currants
  • Edible flowers
  • Mint leaves
  • Red colored shortcrust pastry for structure
  • Dark chocolate for logo
  • Red fruit coulis

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture triples in volume.
  3. Gently fold in the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool afterwards.
  5. Whip the cream with icing sugar and vanilla to make chantilly cream.
  6. Cut the cooled cake into equal slices.
  7. Layer the sponge cake, chantilly cream, and colored fruits.
  8. Create the shoe shape using baked and cut shortcrust pastry.
  9. Assemble the cake in the shape of a heel, showing the layers inside.
  10. Decorate with edible flowers, fresh fruits, mint leaves, and the dark chocolate logo.

Notes

Make sure to beat the eggs well for a light texture. Store the cake in the refrigerator and cover it well to keep it fresh.
