  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons red ribbon
  • 3 red roses

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease three 6-inch cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the melted white chocolate and heavy cream, mixing well.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour and baking powder, ensuring the batter is smooth. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool the cakes completely.
  5. Once cooled, stack the cakes with layers of heavy cream between each layer.
