- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons red ribbon
- 3 red roses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease three 6-inch cake pans.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the melted white chocolate and heavy cream, mixing well.
- Gradually mix in the flour and baking powder, ensuring the batter is smooth. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool the cakes completely.
- Once cooled, stack the cakes with layers of heavy cream between each layer.
- Cover the exterior of the cake with white chocolate sticks and tie it with a red ribbon for a beautiful finish.
- Arrange the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top and around the base of the cake. Finally, garnish with red roses for a touch of elegance.
