- 3 cups white chocolate, melted
- 2 cups white chocolate sticks
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons red ribbon
- 3 red roses
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease three 6-inch cake pans.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then, add the melted white chocolate and heavy cream.
- Mix in the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Once combined, pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- After baking, let the cakes cool completely. Once cooled, stack the layers with cream between them.
- Cover the exterior of the cake with white chocolate sticks and tie a beautiful red ribbon around it.
- Arrange the fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top and around the base of the cake.
- Garnish the cake with three red roses for an elegant touch.
Notes
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before mixing, and use fresh berries for the best flavor.
