Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and melted butter to the egg mixture, and mix well.
