- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and melted butter to the egg mixture, and mix well.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and pour it into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring.
- Spread the cream mixture over the cooled cake and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Decorate the cake with edible flowers before serving.
