A delightful dessert that combines soft peach flavor with creamy buttercream, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients

- 200 g of flour
- 180 g of sugar
- 120 g of softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 120 ml of milk
- 250 g of unsalted butter (for buttercream)
- 300 g of powdered sugar (for buttercream)
- 2 tablespoons of milk (for buttercream)
- Peach and green food coloring (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate the vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Prepare the buttercream by beating the unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk until light and fluffy.
- Color part of the buttercream peach and part green for the leaves.
- Frost the cake evenly with the buttercream, then decorate with flowers and leaves using a piping bag.
- Place roses in a crown on top and sprinkle with sugar pearls.
Notes
Store leftover cake in an airtight container; it keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
