- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 180 g sugar
- 120 g softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 120 ml milk
- 250 g unsalted butter (for buttercream)
- 300 g powdered sugar (for buttercream)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for buttercream)
- Peach and green food coloring (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
- In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate the vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.
- To make the buttercream, beat the unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and milk until light and fluffy.
- Color part of the frosting peach and another part green for the leaves.
- Frost the cake evenly, then decorate with flowers and leaves using a piping bag.
- Place roses in a crown on top and sprinkle with sugar pearls.
Notes
For the best decoration, use a piping bag for the buttercream flowers and leaves. Experiment with different floral designs to make your cake unique!
