Ingredients

  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 180 g sugar
  • 120 g softened butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 120 ml milk
  • 250 g unsalted butter (for buttercream)
  • 300 g powdered sugar (for buttercream)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for buttercream)
  • Peach and green food coloring (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Incorporate the vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.
  6. To make the buttercream, beat the unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and milk until light and fluffy.
  7. Color part of the frosting peach and another part green for the leaves.
  8. Frost the cake evenly, then decorate with flowers and leaves using a piping bag.
  9. Place roses in a crown on top and sprinkle with sugar pearls.

Notes

For the best decoration, use a piping bag for the buttercream flowers and leaves. Experiment with different floral designs to make your cake unique!
