  • Food coloring (peach and green)
  • Edible flowers or piped decorations
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, then mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cakes to cool completely, then layer them with vanilla frosting.
  6. Tint the frosting with peach and green food coloring to achieve your desired look.
  7. Pipe roses and small flowers around the top and sides of the cake using the colored frosting.
  8. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar and add edible flowers for an extra touch.
  9. Chill the cake in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
