- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg yolk

- 2 tablespoons eggnog (for filling)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat in cinnamon-sugar.
- Place them on the prepared baking sheets and press an indent in the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool completely.
- For the filling, melt the white chocolate chips with eggnog in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until smooth.
- Stir in the nutmeg and fill the indents of each cookie.
- Allow the filling to set before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
