- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup eggnog

- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Continue beating until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula to ensure an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or preferably overnight, until the cheesecake is fully set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg. Carefully release the springform pan and slice to serve.
