- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggnog, sugar, bourbon (if using), vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Using a small knife or piping tip, gently create a hole or cavity inside each glazed donut without cutting all the way through.
- Transfer the eggnog bourbon cheesecake mixture into a piping bag with a small tip.
- Pipe the filling into the donuts until full.
- Place the stuffed donuts in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the filling to set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use a piping bag with a small tip for easiest filling. For added flavor, you can customize the filling with chocolate chips or flavored eggnogs.
