Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add eggnog, sugar, bourbon (if using), vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Using a small knife or piping tip, gently create a hole or cavity inside each glazed donut without cutting all the way through.
  4. Transfer the eggnog bourbon cheesecake mixture into a piping bag with a small tip.
  5. Pipe the filling into the donuts until full.
  6. Place the stuffed donuts in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the filling to set.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
