Description

A delicious and healthy choice for a quick meal or snack filled with fresh vegetables and creamy hummus.


Ingredients

  • 2 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced or julienned
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread 1/2 cup of hummus evenly over each wrap.
  2. Layer the cucumber and red bell pepper slices on top of the hummus.
  3. Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  4. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit or a side salad. Add a drizzle of olive oil or dressing for extra flavor. Best enjoyed fresh.
