Ingredients

- 2 large whole wheat wraps
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced or julienned
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Spread 1/2 cup of hummus evenly over each wrap.
- Layer the cucumber and red bell pepper slices on top of the hummus.
- Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit or a side salad. Add a drizzle of olive oil or dressing for extra flavor. Best enjoyed fresh.
