  2. In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes and chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, and oregano until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through.
