Description

A delicious and simple dish combining juicy chicken breasts with fresh toppings like pesto, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and spread pesto over the chicken.
  5. Top with cherry tomatoes and diced avocado.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes
