  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top with pesto sauce, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
