- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top with pesto sauce, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy. You can use homemade or store-bought pesto to save time.
