  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
