Description

Delicious bites of cheesy goodness wrapped in golden, buttery dough, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Open the biscuit can and separate the dough. Flatten each piece slightly with your fingers.
  4. Place a small amount of mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
  5. Carefully pinch the edges together to seal and roll into a ball.
  6. Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with seasoned butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for about 8 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes, then serve with marinara or ranch dip.

Notes

Ensure to seal edges properly to prevent leaking during baking. Customize with other ingredients for added flavor.
