Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
Instructions

- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- Open the biscuit can and separate the dough. Flatten each piece slightly with your fingers.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
- Carefully pinch the edges together to seal and roll into a ball.
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with seasoned butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for about 8 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes, then serve with marinara or ranch dip.
Notes
Ensure to seal edges properly to prevent leaking during baking. Customize with other ingredients for added flavor.
