Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  5. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
