Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 10 oz mini rainbow marshmallows
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate, peanut butter, and butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Gently fold in the mini rainbow marshmallows until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
