Description
A creamy and rich cheesecake that requires no baking, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home.
Ingredients
Scale
- 30 Oreos (leave the cream inside)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they are a fine crumb texture. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with the melted butter until the mixture is moistened. Press this mixture into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and gradually pour in the heavy whipping cream while mixing until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Serve: If desired, top with whipped cream before slicing. Enjoy your delicious cheesecake!
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For a stronger flavor, consider adding more vanilla or a pinch of lemon juice.
