Description
A quick and simple no-bake cheesecake with a creamy filling and delicious Oreo crust.
Ingredients
Scale
- 30 Oreos (leave the cream inside)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, crush the Oreos until finely crumbed. Stir the melted butter into the crumbs and press into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla and gradually pour in the heavy cream while mixing until stiff peaks form.
- Combine: Pour the filling into the crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Garnish: Top with whipped cream if desired before serving. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps. For a different flavor, try adding fresh berries as toppings.
