Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, crush the Oreos until finely crumbed. Stir the melted butter into the crumbs and press into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla and gradually pour in the heavy cream while mixing until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine: Pour the filling into the crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  4. Garnish: Top with whipped cream if desired before serving. Slice and enjoy!

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps. For a different flavor, try adding fresh berries as toppings.
